The findings of our study show that the novel Stago sthemO 301 coagulometer exhibits high accuracy detecting hemolysis when compared to the well established assay on the Roche COBAS c701 analyzer. The strong Spearman’s correlation coefficient reflects excellent concordance between the two assays, while the ROC curve analysis reveals an almost perfect diagnostic performance, with an AUC as high as 0.99. These results are especially important for hemostasis laboratories, where accurate detection of hemolysis is critical for integrity and reliability of coagulation test results.
