Irene Treccani obtained her B.Sc. in Bioinformatics and M.Sc. in Medical Bioinformatics from the University of Verona in 2023. For her Master’s thesis, she conducted an analysis of genetic data from patients affected by Major Depressive Disorder to compute the Polygenic Risk Score.

After graduating, she worked as a Research Fellow on the project “AntiAGING: Artificial Intelligence for Healthy Aging” at the BraiNavigationLab, University of Verona. She is currently enrolled in the PhD program in Intelligent Systems Engineering at the same university, having been awarded a funded position for the project “AI for modeling of the Brain-Heart Axis in aging.”
