Federico Tramarin (S '08, M '12, SM '24) is currently an Associate Professor at the "Enzo Ferrari" Department of Engineering at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy.
His main research interests are in the areas of networking and the Internet of Things, with a focus on their application to intelligent measurement systems in a variety of fields, including industrial and biomedical instrumentation. A major area of research is the development of measurement techniques for the analysis of network system performance, with a particular focus on industrial real-time wired and wireless communications and time-sensitive networking (TSN).
